1In Country Membeship, 'unlimited users' refer to employees within the organization specific to a country.
2In Global Membership, 'unlimited users' are the employees of the parent organization, as well as those from any subsidiary companies or locations elsewhere in the world.

License keys to the subscribed AssistMyTeam Product(s).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting AssistMyTeam Support. Note that your cancellation request should be made a couple of days before your renewal billing date for the cancellation to be processed and to avoid Automatic Renewal charges.

Keep in mind if you cancel, the subscription will not automatically renew.

bullet

Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access to the products) immediately and will continue to function for the remaining days in your existing (already paid for) subscription term.

bullet

Your membership will continue through the end of your current billing cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on June 25th, you will not lose access until the July 10th.

Subscription fees are non-refundable.
